Opening
- Attendance, introductions, and team building
- Devotional Lesson: Short age-appropriate biblical teaching focused on character, faith, and sportsmanship
- Team Prayer: Led by coaches and athletes to encourage faith, gratitude, and unity

Physical Development
- Dynamic Warm-Up: Movement preparation to increase mobility and reduce injury risk
- Ladder Footwork Training: Agility, coordination, balance, and quick-foot development
- Bodyweight Strength Training: Fundamental exercises including squats, lunges, push-ups, planks, and core work
- Cone Drill Development: Speed, change of direction, reaction time, and athletic movement patterns

Skill & Position Work
- Catching & Position-Specific Skills: Receiving fundamentals, hand-eye coordination, route concepts, and position-based instruction
- Cardiovascular Conditioning: Fun, age-appropriate conditioning activities to improve endurance and overall fitness

- Leadership Development: Lessons on communication, accountability, teamwork, confidence, and servant leadership
- Cool Down & Stretching: Flexibility exercises and recovery-focused stretching
